HOW TO EXCHANGE?

The customer can exchange any unworn product within 30 days of the order being delivered.

ONLINE FORM

In order to exchange the product, the customer is asked to fill in the online form, shown as below. Customer does not have to enclose this document with the exchange.

SENDING THE PRODUCT

Parcel will be collected by the courier within 2 working days. Transportation cost is covered by the seller.

DELIVERY

Upon receiving the parcel at the Logistics Centre, immediate shipment of the exchange product will be made.
